You do it for the sake of the kids. Calling their mom a cheating ho on Insta will harm their lives too. Sometime you take one for the team for the good of the family. Even if the family is dissolving.

Taking one for the ‘team’ was acknowledging your life partner betrayed you and not choosing violence.

Letting your children think you abandoned their mother while she’s carrying a baby has negative connotations about what it means to be a man, husband and provider.

Now it’s up to their mom to bring her new sperm donor forward and let him explain how he will care for their sibling like a responsible adult.

He could have told them privately. No need to air dirty laundry to the world. This is the equivalent of not bashing your ex to your kids once divorced.

Maybe he did. And the last time she posted HIM on her Instagram was December 2021. Maybe they've been separated since 2021 but if that's the case its on them to tell their kids and its especially on the partner having outside unprotected sex with randoms to do so.

Every woman is different and you can't go by average stats. I had unprotected sex just one time during an entire month and got pregnant at 41 and had a healthy baby. I'm 46 y/o, no perimenopause symptoms, you can set up the clock by my period, and my AMH is around 2. H got a vasectomy, we couldn't risk it.

And SB may not be uber famous, but veteran Soap stars still have pretty rabid fan bases, and they had been posting on all of his social media posts to congratulate him on the new baby after his wife's IG post. I have a hard time believing that Burton wouldn't have released a statement about their separation weeks ago to soften the "pregnant with someone else's baby" revelation and protect his already dicey image. He either (a) found out via the instagram post that she was pregnant or (b) very recently found out through genetic testing that he wasn't the father. I would tend toward (b) since his statement was pretty callous. If they'd already split before she got pregnant, I'd think his response would be more "amicable" for the sake of his children.

I bet it was the genetic testing that revealed. If she knew for sure it was another man's, she would probably terminate.

It will be crazy when they reveal the father. It's probably some younger guy who is a physical trainer or somehow in her circle of fitness/nutrition lifestyle.

I agree on the genetic testing. She's AMA and maybe forgot? how much testing is involved with an older pregnancy. They could have run the genetic panel as a precaution and he found out the same way she did that the child wasn't his. I'd be pissed about it too.
