Meh, it was a knee jerk reaction and humans are fallible. The kids are harmed because of the mother’s behavior. Mom could have avoided this by keeping her legs closed.

Taking one for the ‘team’ was acknowledging your life partner betrayed you and not choosing violence.

Letting your children think you abandoned their mother while she’s carrying a baby has negative connotations about what it means to be a man, husband and provider.

Now it’s up to their mom to bring her new sperm donor forward and let him explain how he will care for their sibling like a responsible adult.

No. He’s in the public eye and this is too salacious of a scandal to not address publicly. The truth needs to be public when you are public. It really sucks that she chose to damage her kids, but the buck stops with her. She clearly didn’t care about the good of the family.
