If they were gifted they wouldn't need the bonus for experience factors.

That's not actually true and definitely out of step with mainstream thought on this matter.

Bonus points for experience factors are silly. The old system was so much better identifying talent and the students who can best take advantage of TJ’s resources and high level classes
