Pshhh these are exactly the type of people who think fluoride rinse contains tracking molecules implanted by the government. I'd be a lot more concerned about going to a dental office where the hygienist did not believe in masks. Luray is basically the Okeechobee of Virginia, though, so I doubt they'll lose much business.

What if she decided she wouldn't accept election results unless the candidate she voted for won and then tried to overthrow Congress so the losing candidate couldn't be removed from office? Would you be worried if she tried to do that?
