The school district put out a statement that they are in touch with law enforcement and they're increasing security at schools on Monday.

This wasn't some random (likely drunken) tweet. It is a video recording of in-person remarks at a school board meeting, where the person had time to think about and prepare what they are going to say. Please try and keep up.
