I try to always have some sort of bread in the freezer; paratha, pita or focaccia. Or rice and pasta.
It never really feels like a desperation meal - they are my favorite things to eat and they are so easy to jazz up. |

+ Sardines or tuna + Pasta with spaghetti sauce or pasta with a quick alfredo sauce (mix cream, a pat of butter and parmesan cheese) + cereal + scrambled eggs with chopped veggies + nuts and dried cranberries (I always have these. If I also have blueberries, I add that in.) |
