I was going to suggest this one if you really want to cook as usual, it’s also nice to have it for picnics or just grilling outside.

Pp, I remember paying the same price you mentioned, but I googled this, and realized the price went up!

Buy a Coleman camping stovetop, something like this:

Then either use it for camping or resell it for 10$.

I just went through exactly what is happening to OP.

I also did exactly what you just recommended.

It worked out great. OP, do this!

Pasta, grilled cheese, eggs, chili, stew, soup, even stuff like curry works. Any sort of "one pot" meal is ideal since the second burner is kind of weak, but the camping stove was a lifesaver.

Does your IP have a saute function? It's hot enough to boil water for pasta, etc. And not all dishes are stews -- I've made pasta, fish, chicken breasts, etc., in that thing. Anything you can boil or steam, you can cook in the IP. Buy some frozen meals and heat them up in the toaster oven. Rotisserie chicken, takeout, steam-in-the-bag veggies.

We used our panini maker a lot. All kinds of sandwiches, grilled cheese etc

Hello I’m one of the poors and I use a toaster over because I can’t afford gas to use my stove. I haven’t had gas for 10 years. I make entire meals in the toaster oven and also an instapot. I also have a camping stove that I use. It’s only $20 from Walmart.

We also use the toaster oven (esp. in the summer) because the regular oven heats up the whole house. Chicken thighs do well in it. Use the instapot for rice. Also buy a rotisserie chicken. Pull it apart for tacos or for salads.

I would buy an electric frying pan like this:

They are also good for making things that require steady heat lkke sausage or pancakes— we always used it over the stove top growing up for things like that.
I also am not understanding how you can’t do packet meals on your grill. The packet should not be any thicker than a steak or burger. Google foil packet on grill—you can make anything.
