| So i was getting right swiped and matches and messages every minute then it stopped since yesterday. I pay monthly for it. I deleted and reinstalled and signed on with facebook. It says its logging in and i am an active user then it brings me back to the sign on page. Am i blocked? |
| You PAY for Tinder? |
Plus, what in the WORLD did OP do to get blocked on Tinder?!?! |
Yes smart (dumb) asses I am a young attractive female who travels in the US and abroad. Last bf was in california. Got a problem with that? I didnt do anything but i noticed problems when i swiped left on the founder and product manager of tinder. |
Then why can't you find someone to hook up with for free? |
Not looking for a hook up. Making friends or boyfrends in countries i visit is fun. |
| But Tinder is free isn't it? |
It is! No way I'm paying for it. I sign up when I'm bored and stay on for a week or 2 then delete it. I swipe right 1 time for every 50 left swipes. Op, you don't have to pay to get matches. Just swipe right on every guy if you want matches. That's what all the guys do on there I'm sure it will work for women. |
|
Yes, you're blocked. No, they will not rescind your block. You will have to create a new, secondary Facebook profile to set up a new Tinder account. If you're honestly a woman and you're paying for it, you're an absolute idiot.
XO, Former Tinder Employee |
| Former Tinder Employee one more time... if you try to log in to your Tinder account and it acts like it's going through but redirects you back to the log in screen over and over again, that is how you know you are blocked. And it's not a one time thing that led to your blocking. If you check the email account associated with the Facebook account you used to set up your Tinder profile, you will see emails from them every time someone reported you. It takes a series of those reports for Tinder to step in and block you, so think back on your actions while using Tinder. And trust me, swiping left on Tinder's C level staff is NOT what gets you blocked. Nice try though, not-so-special-snowflake. |
| If you're not looking for a hookup, get off tinder and use a real dating site. |
| Also I have a feeling OP is a sleazy dude who was blocked for being repeatedly sleazy, not a "young attractive female" |
Former Tinder Employee here. I'm inclined to agree that OP is absolutely a sleazy dude who was blocked for harassing users on the app. Unfortunately, we did get a lot of those same sleazy guys repeatedly reporting ladies on the app for very innocent things, like not being DTF or not wanting to exchange digits / nudes / etc. We couldn't treat every situation individually, just given the sheer volume of users and reports, so it sucked when we knew a user wasn't in the wrong, but there was nothing we could do about it. Based on what I saw though, of who paid to use the app, I can - with 100% certainty - say that OP is certainly not a young, attractive female. Especially one who travels. Those users have their pick of men, and more likely than not, those users are using multiple apps instead of paying for one. |
So "Tinder Employee" how can I change to any location from where I am for FREE? So I do figure I did get reported over and over again by those sleazy guys for having a sexy picture. I am 100% woman! My GOD what a bunch of misogynistic idiots on here! Do I need to show you my vajay to prove to you I am female? DUMMY!!!! |
With this negative attitude on a public forum, no wonder you got blocked. Can only imagine what you'd say to users on tinder to get them to report you and eventually get blocked! A lifetime ago, I joined match. It was fun meeting cute guys in different cities. I would change the city if I was planning to visit Europe or Asia. I was a young attractive female. I literally had thousands of people contacting me from different continents. I never got blocked by anyone. |
