Hola, Senora Baldwin.

Or perhaps it is Señor Baldwin.

Or maybe it's an anonymous DCUMer who thinks you need to get a life of your own to focus on.

Says the person who has taken the time out of their "gorgeous, full life full of money and fertility and fame" to lower themselves to spend their time with us broke, no life, ugly commoners....

Huh? You're exposing your own opinions of yourself. I'm not Hillaria Baldwin and don't live like her. I'm sorry you feel ugly and broke and common.

Sorry seems the point went over your head. Let me break it down for you:

You are saying that people should not be doing something you're actually doing.

Get it?

No. I don't hate Hilarria Baldwin, someone I don't even know. I barely care. The only thing I'm "actually doing" is wasting time on DCUM. You, on the other hand, have a sick obsession. Get it?

You have a sick obsession with the random people posting here. Pop a prozac, go take the kids out for a walk on the beach.

BAZINGA!

Uh, since when is this something admirable? I swear this forum is bizarroland if this is something to be jealous of.

Well I'm just speaking for myself. I would love to live the way she is and have a lot of kids. Looks like she's having a great life. Seriously, I would LOVE that. I love having kids and wish I had more.

PP here. I don't think that's most women, though. I got pregnant on first try and then was one and done--we could afford to have more, but I don't define success by how many kids I have; I have career goals and other interests.

I think most people choose to have no more than 2-3 kids. Five is too much for most people, so I don't think most are jealous of that.

I feel bad for people who have no kids or just one kid. Feel very sorry for them. I think at least 2 kids are great to have. I think no more than 3 kids. Rich people can have 4-5 kids. It is good that he is so wealthy and can afford nannies. I think the Baldwins are very down to earth and live a UMC lifestyle.

I don't quite get why you'd feel bad for someone without knowing their circumstances. Is there an unwritten rule that all people must have children? If they choose not to, cannot conceive, or only have one child they need to be pitied? Weird.

20 is young, late 30s is pushing middle age (I'm her age, let's be realistic.) She is in no way famous, she is the spouse of a famous person. Most have no idea who she is, and only discovered her after her grift was exposed. She has needed to use IVF with most of her pregnancies, so she's not "pumping kids out" at will. Unfortunately she has also had IVF miscarriages, so don't try to prove a young, famous, fertile point.

People who lead great lives don't live in fantasy ones, and the most certainly don't need to lie about the first 25 years of their lives.

Anything else we should be jealous of?

Hilaria is 37, so she IS middle age, actually.

Wow, she looks great for her age. Especially after all those kids. Good for her. Must be all that yoga. No wonder she's showing it off.

She photoshops the body and has had a lot of facial work done. LOL

Just ask her what filters and photoshops she did along with the name of her plastic surgeon and other specialists and you too can look like her.

Anyone else watch the documentary a couple of years ago with a title something like “The Queen of Versailles”? It was about a very rich family that lost all or most of their money. They also had a big family, and at one point the mother flat-out says (paraphrase), “If I had known we’d lose the nannies, I wouldn’t have had so many kids.” I always think of that when I see large wealthy families. I’ve got one kid and it’s been a delight. Would definitely have had more if I had the resources of energy and time to raise them, but I just didn’t. Nannies would have changed everything!

One of the nannies lived in the a child’s playhouse outside. It was appalling.

Shes just his uterus. She couldnt support any of those kids on her own. Most women make children knowing they have to be responsible for them, Hilaria seems to use having children as her way to create meaning in her careerless, made up life married to a senior citizen.

Why is this thread even a thing? Why is time and effort being supported. Clearly there is one ( two?) people with some bizarre axe to grind. Such a non issue, too. Isn't there something better to discuss,or be outraged about, to complain about?

Baffling. And yet this will contine, I am sure. Sociology.

“ Her critics argue that, knowing what we now know about her real American roots, Hilaria accepting offers and publicity from magazines and outlets geared toward Spanish and Latinx people was a conscious decision. That decision meant taking up space from actual Spanish and Latinx people.”

I think we are supposed to be all jealous of HB because she gets to sleep with AB, or something like that?

Ew, hes 62 years old. SIXTY TWO. Aint nobody jealous of that. I feel really sorry for her. I cant imagine how inadequate one would have to feel to contrive college graduation, entire ethnicities, and to forget basic English. She just isnt that bright, so I understand why she had to use her body for attention.

Did you ever notice women who have their own money, success, and careers date age appropriate men? It's always the 20 and 30 year old women who want to latch onto a famous guy for his money and status that date old men. Couldn't imagine missing the amazing life experiences of being 20 and 30 to be in the life of a 60 year old woman, or being a 60 year old man in the life of a 20 and 30 old. Hillary had to date a grandpa because no man would tolerate her loony tunes

Yes, I'm a woman who makes just shy of $400,000. I date younger. I let the poor butterfaced girls with no educations coddle the old man balls. I dont begrudge her using her body to make money, its what many plain under-educated women do.

I’ve only checked in on this a few times over the weeks, so I can’t speak for those who are deeply involved... But the best theory/explanation I’ve seen is that in this age of “alternative facts” and the more mundane phenomenon of “curated” lives on social media, it’s just really satisfying to see it all come crashing down in a situation where there are zero important consequences and no one feels bad for the (adult) participants because they’re awful people in general.

Imo a lot of these wealthy older man, younger wife with lots of kids situations come about bc wife negotiates a certain amount of domestic help before having each kid. Do we really think HB would have five kids without a nanny for each, housekeepers etc etc?

A few of you take your hate for her way too far, to the point it sounds like creepy and obsessive envy. Hillary could have easily bagged a dime a dozen boring lawyer or physician her age who makes $350K a year – or maybe even a 30-something Wall Street dork who makes $500k-1mm a year. But men with Alec's net worth, fame, connections and UES/Hamptons elite social orbit do not grow on trees. There are quite literally, what, maybe 50 A-list men in entertainment? Certainly less than 100. Subtract the taken and gays ones, and how frequently do you come across even one who's available? Likely never. An UMC girl from Boston bagging Alec was akin to winning the lottery. And lastly, wasn't he in his 50s when they first met? He wasn't a creepy old man like you pretend, and he's one of the most charming bon vivants in entertainment. While years out of his prime, his "heart throb" prime was well documented, so you figure any kids you have with him are going to be attractive, see also: Cary Grant and his gorgeous daughter he had at age 62.

He has a notoriously difficult personality. Just google and a number of instances of him publicly losing him temper come right up. There’s a famous voice recording calling his daughter a pig. Yeah, no. In my 20s I would never have looked at a sagging 50-something.

I guess his age and noted personality issues don't just disappear under all the money for every woman out there...

Yeah, because non-celeb men are issue-free. And yes, fame and money (and prior heartthrob prime) do buy you latitudes, obviously.
