Seriously? I was like 80 pages long and not really focused on education - unless the only reason you send you kid to school is a sports team. That said, it still belongs on another forum. Unless you make this thread about the merits of lacrosse at STA and other schools to get around the move.

Yes please put the lax thread back !! It helps when you are looking at private schools and their sports programs. The lax teams were all private that were discussed. One more vote to move it back.

I am one of the people who asked Jeff to move it to sports. If the thread focused on independent school LAX, that would be one thing. However it quickly deteriorates into a general LAX thread, talking about other leagues and club teams. That is why it belongs in sports. The majority of people using this forum agree with this. It is only the crazy LAX dads (and moms perhaps) who want it here. It is not too much trouble to go over to sports if you so love that discussion. Both threads are still alive and well over there.

Jeff, if the intent is to reach and engage the largest audience of interested readers, it's pretty clear. Just compare the number of views and posts since you moved the threads to sports, with that for the same time period immediately prior. The proof is in the numbers.

Like it or not, there is a strong intersect between lacrosse and private schools.

Bring the lax threads back home to the independent school forum where they belong. Please.

How is it weird? I think it is more weird that you dads feel the need to have it on this forum, which is mostly about education and private schools. Is the sports thread below you?
