| It reads fedex delivered my package yesterday but I didn't receive! I was home all day. Loft needs 5 days to get back to me. So frutrating. Anyone else experience something similar with loft? |

| Where does it say FedEx delivered the package? They frequently use the Post Office for the final mile. FedEx may have delivered it to your local Post Office who will then deliver it on Monday. |
It says it was delivered yesterday to my city not my address. I contacted loft and they say it reads as if it's been delivered to me. |

I had them send me 2 of some things I ordered and zero of others, and then when I tried to be honest about the duplicates they made it a huge pain to return them.
If they won't replace your missing package, however to your credit card to have the charge removed. |
Have you googled that address to see where it is? |

This happened to me with a different retail company and it was UPS. In my case, I contacted the store immediately, and they said that they needed X days to process the claim with UPS. I said I was home at the time they claimed to have delivered it and the package was not there.
In the meantime, a neighbor (2 blocks away) contacted me to tell me the package had been misdelivered. I waited to see what UPS/retailer would do. And no surprise- the retail company told me that UPS's investigation found that the package had been delivered. And, I would have to file a stolen package claim with my police department before they would refund my money. I said -- that's obviously wrong because the package was actually delivered to a neighbor's house. Crazy. |
| This happened to me two times in a row with Loft. I paid $15 shipping for overnight, and it didn't show. They made me re-order it, and pay for another. And then neither came on time. In both cases, they said they needed 3-5 business days to "look into it". I was so furious. The packages both eventually came, but not on time. And their "customer service" was SO AWFUL. They made fixing THEIR mistake SO HARD. |
| This happens to me bc my neighborhood is full of package thieves. Call and say "put a trace on my package". Loft should contact fedex to do this, often they will want to hear you say that you already called fedex. You can also put a freeze on the credit card payment (this is why you should never order on a debit card btw). You will either get your money back or the package will mysteriously appear. Annoying, but you don't have to lose money on it. |
| Loft officially lost my package. Have you all had success in getting your money back? It was a store to store sale so they are giving me a hard time. Should I ask my credit card company to get involved? |

| Same issue is happening to me, Loft shipped through Fedeex that says delivery was made on12/23. Complained on 12/29 and 12/30 and they want to investigate for a week... |
