| Does anyone remember Storehouse? They had nice but very reasonably priced furniture. Is there an equivalent store today? I've looked at West Elm, but friends tell me the quality isn't great. |
| I do! Just yesterday I was just admiring our Storehouse bedroom dressers and nightstand and wishing they had stayed in business. Amazing quality. |
| Room and board |
I miss Storehouse also. |
I still like my bedroom set that I purchased at Storehouse in about 1998.

Belford is pretty close- it has a few ranges, the lower-middle end is close to Storehouse.
|
| Belfort, Haverty's. But nothing is quite like Storehouse (and Home Elements). We just lost a sleeper couch from Storehouse in a flood and I have been moping around. |
| I like Belfort and room and board. |

Storehouse used to manufacture for Crate and Barrel, so look there.
I think some MGBW pieces are similarly shaped. |
| Hmmm i really liked the look of storehouse, but i don't remember it being particularly better quality than C&B or similar. I was in the mitchell gold store on 14th street last year and was wracking my brain trying to remember the name of the store that used to be there until 2005.... The associate was very impressed when i remembered it was storehouse! |
| I miss it, too! Have a 14yo sofa that is just now beginning to show wear. |
| Storehouse was Rowe- still being made. |
|
Actually I had a Storehouse sofa that was Mitchell Gold. Discovered the label underneath.
I do miss that store! |
| Bought my first furniture from Storehouse. I still have a chair from that store. I have never found something quite like it. |
Belford sells Rowe. |
