any furniture stores like Storehouse?

I know I'm dating myself but I miss Conrans. Anyone remember their big store in Georgetown on the canal? I wish Conrans would come back to the US.

We have a pair of beautiful wrought iron twin beds from Storehouse. My 1980s Conrans stuff (black metal stereo racks, etc.) didn't last, LOL.

Also have a sofa from Storehouse that is actually MGBW

Stores like storehouse simply white label the big manufacturers lines. Storehouse was basically a marketing and merchandising company. All of storehouses sofas and chairs came from Rowe furniture. Rowe is very common. Belfort carries Rowe.

Where are you seeing that label? All I see is the Storehouse label.

I think some MGBW pieces are similarly shaped.

Storehouse manufactured NOTHING. Crate and Barrel is mainly all off label from China. C & B js pure junk, but marketing and merchandising genius. Believe it or not Rowe is Amerian designed, American made. They mfg in Virginia.

All of their leather was MG and a few select pieces. I only know because I'm a designer. And could get the exact same stuff Storehouse was carrying for 30% less without the storehouse label.

We got our bedroom set from Storehouse 15 years ago when we were married. Nicest furniture in my home!

Sitting at my Storehouse dining room table right now! Wish I could purchase a matching buffet.

I have dining room table that came from Store House furniture store and the table top needs to be re-finished but have no idea what the top is made of? Veneer or laminate? Anybody have dining table from Storehouse that might be able to tell me what it might be?

Yes, we bought most of our furniture from storehouse. I so miss them.
