I remembered Christine’s family had tried to get custody but not that it had changed?

I hope Julianna is jailed longer, Brendan never walks free again and that Tess is convicted for obstruction.

Julianna mentioned his stepmother also wrote to her.

Help us out. What did she say and has this been introduced as evidence.

All of this has been covered in previous pages of this thread. Do try to keep up.

The child said that JPM woke her up and got her ready that morning, which was unusual because her mother usually would. However, on the stand JPM said that Brendan woke the little girl up and brought her to her that morning. I know it's a small detail, but I wonder why she would lie about that.

Child could easily have meant, her dad woke her up and brought her to JPM and then JPM did all the morning routine stuff and when she said "JPM got me up instead of mommy" she meant "JPM did my morning routine instead of mommy". Wasn't she like, 4 years old? And something traumatic was happening?

Thank you so much for giving the defense attorney some fodder.

That was sarcasm, by the way.

Why? That’s what that many windows for a house that big would cost. Have you priced windows lately?

Yes, but presumably he didn’t need windows, just got them to dampen the sound.

Eh, the house probably had builder grade windows, so they wanted better, as in the double pane with energy treatment. What they didn’t actually need were the triple pane which was more sound deadening. He had a different reason for wanting that.
The house is about 25 years old, so the builder grade windows probably needed to be replaced. As for double or triple pane, since they're being replaced, there's not a huge difference in price. Considering noise from Dulles and somewhat lower energy costs, he didn't need killing his wife to justify the cost delta.

The salesperson specifically said that most people don’t get the triple pane. I’m not sure what the difference is, but why pay more when money is already tight?

Future savings on rising energy bills? It's possible to think about the future when making decisions.

To break even on 30k??

DP who doesn't live in that area but also lives near the airport - it makes a big difference in airplane noise, so it would be worth it for us.

To the person who keeps using the child's name - please stop. This isn't about her, let her have some privacy.

Is there a way to see Juliana’s full interview to the prosecutors when she took the plea deal?

+1. We live about 20 minute drive from IAD and we can still sometimes hear the take off rolls depending on the wind conditions. Can't imagine the constant sound of it for those living much closer.

That has happened very few times and only left up on this blog for the first time after the daughter‘s name was given during this trial. Maybe Brendan should’ve thought of that before he killed her mother. Poor little girl, I hope BB slowly rots.

Was there ever any discussion about whether the “rape” occurred prior to BB and JM entering the room?

If I understand correctly, usually CB would wake up the daughter and get her ready for the day. How did BB and JM arrange things so that CB would essentially still be in bed when Joe arrived?

Tess is BB’s mother and said something to JM about snitches getting stitches.

They mentioned BB convinced CB to change her schedule and have the day off bc it was his birthday. She was able to sleep in that day bc the nanny “was taking the child for a group outing at the zoo” they said Joe was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 am.

Don’t they also need to get into more details about the kid situation in order to charge him w child abuse? They didn’t even mention that.

Bringing his child into the house knowing what he is planning is child abuse. No need to elaborate.

What are you talking about? The previous poster talked about how Juliana lied about who woke the kid up, claiming she lied because the kid had said something different. I pointed out the kid was 4 years old and "who got you up in the morning" could actually mean one of a few different things to a preschooler. As in- why is the assumption that Juliana is lying?
Why would the defense want the jury to think Juliana has been telling the truth about everything??? You'd think the defense would be thrilled for Juliana to be proven to be a liar.

Is there any scenario where BB gets to go Scot free?
