They are calling for 5 inches in 3 days where I live. The hill done the street from us always floods so I'm planning on taking the long way.

Agreed. If you tend to have flooding in your area, expect it tomorrow. Also, flood zones near dams may need to be evacuated.

When we have heavy rains the road that my neighborhood is off of floods on both sides. My Prius can't drove through it.
