Which is everyone's constitutional right. Doesn't prove anything. It's like saying he was carrying a baguette and the police recovered it. So what?

Was he just walking down the street? If he was protesting with a gun, that’s concerning

If only there was video footage for you to answer this question for yourself.

I don't know the Tim Pool guy but I went to his Twitter account to try to understand what he meant in his tweet.

I think I see the new talking points to defend the ICE murder of this man.

They are going to say it was a mistake but justifiable self-defense. Someone yelled "gun gun!!" and an agent thought his life was in danger and so shot the victim in self defense.

Another agent hears “he has a gun” and immediately unholsters his weapon and starts shooting Alex in the back.

Taking that interpretation, that is, in fact, still murder.

There were a couple of ICE agents holding him down then another ICE agent shot him. They clearly have no training and are out to kill protestors.

He's a lawfully registered gun owner. He never touched the gun during the incident and was shot after the gun was taken from him.

This. Never pulled his gun out, never a threat. Bad, sloppy and very dangerous police work.

It's NOT police work dummy. It's untrained ICE guys who don't know what they are doing.

Innocent people are getting murdered in the streets.

Where do we go from here? Clearly ICE is the terror police, with orders to kill people at will. They have the full support of the President. They have a huge budget. They have support of a large part of the population.

This is not my country, but here I am and it is my country, and I don't know where to go.

There needs to be clear leadership who opposes this ... disgusting behavior. We need someone/some group to rally behind.

But Rittenhouse can walk around with an automatic weapon?

See the hypocrisy here?

One of the agents, took the gun before the guy was beaten and shot. There i literally NO justification for what happened.

And yet Republican politicians continue to justify it. I've come to believe there is literally nothing that will lead them to say anything different.

The truth is irrelevant to them. Their only concern is shaping the narrative as soon as possible.

But why are they compelled to do this? Is it fear? Peer pressure? Just stupidity?

They’re going with the “rioter who came armed to kill an army” angle now. What’s truly baffling is that there is a segment of low information Trump t@rds that continue to believe it.

Wait, what does he mean "neither side cares any more what justifies it (the greater conflict) or doesn't?"

The side the supports the Constitution cares very much about what justifies this conflict.

Tim Pool has taken millions of dollars from Russia. I don’t care about anything he has to say.
