| DD has straight, shoulder length hair. It's too think now for alligator clips- but I haven't found another barrette that will stay in all day long. Frankly, elastic bands slip off too. What do you guys do with yours? |
| I do two french braids. This is the only style that keeps the the whispies out of the way. |
| Curly, free and natural. |
OP here. I have curly hair and at this age it would be so much easier! The straight hair falls right in her face. |
| Braid for school usually |
| In a pony tail or braids. The Lice Lady told us to keep it pulled back to reduce the risk of lice entering. So I pull her back and spray it with lice spray every school day. Otherwise, I let her decide if she just wants it to hang or to put a bow in. (Kindergarten age.) |
| For our first grader, ponytail or pigtails usually. Almost always pulled back. |
| 2nd grader, also with straight, slippery hair. She wears it in one ponytail or two pigtails/braids every day. We had lice last year and it was a drag. |
| Bangs, chin length bob, brush and go. |
| Free and clear. She'll only wear it in a ponytail or braid when there's a lice alert. |
Ugly |
Not at all. But you are an ugly soul for being so nasty. |
Yes, you are. |
Whatever, those bobs aren't cute and someone needs to tell you that. |
| My DD wears her hair in a headband or ponytail. Barretts do not stay in and she will occasionally let me braid it. |
