My wife is hot. I mean objectively hot. She is well built, is slender and keeps in shape. People compliment her on her looks. She looks good and is proud of it. The problem is she also is quite a bitch. Recently, on a trip to the UK she point to an obese woman and said "well, I could look like her AND also be a bitch." So, she recognizes she is a bitch. When I responded, "you could stop being a bitch" she said, "No, she can't." It's really sad, because it is her constant bitchiness that is a turn off and that is pushing me towards contemplating a divorce.

You completely negate the compliment when you put "but" after it

IMO hot has little to nothing to do with looks. Hot is an attitude, personality and that aura that exists just because they are who they are. And extending it to the sexual arena keeping that hotness, or adding to it, is again about attitude and action. One of the hottest women I have ever known was somewhat attractive, flat chested and no real shape as to curves. But she had an excellent personality, loved to laugh, very sensual and sexy out of the bedroom and hot as hell in it.

Sorry OP but while your wife might be all that visually but that doesn't make her hot.
