I will start. I run around after my 3 and 6 y.o. boys all day......today I had a cup of coffee, then a cupcake at 10am and a little bag of potato chips at 3pm. I have also had about 3 iced teas! I always forget to eat - then I lose my appetite. I will probably munch a few chicken nuggets while I feed them tonight and that's a typical day...........I wish I had the time and energy and discipline to feed myself better...... |

AFTER 3 appointments with Dr. Anchors... fruit bowl and yogurt for breakfast raspberries and peaches for snack sliced chicken on greens with vinaigrette for lunch teeny tiny brownie or cookie for snack Roast chicken with small serving of rice or pasta for dinner 3 new potatoes (baked in olive oil and tomatoes and cheese) I'm a size 4, 14 pounds lighter.
