A poll for the husbands out tbere. Did you lose the desire to have sex with DW because she became overweight (not obese, but definitely chubby) or because she did not age well? Not because she was a slob, lazy or nag but just objectively due to change in looks?

My wife went from 140 to 215 and now is back around 145. 180 was ideal for me.

No, my enthusiasm for my wife has nothing to do with her weight gain (minimal) or aging (natural). It's because her libido is low and she is rarely in mood. I would prefer a chubby, aging but sexually enthusiastic wife over a thin, beautiful cold wife any day.

My DW completely lost her libido after childbirth. Had this happened earlier in our relationship I would have left. But she's gained a lot of weight and aged, so it really doesn't bother me that much.
