LOL, I don't know if that's a good idea. If you don't want to do business with someone, refund their money. I don't think it's a good idea for a business to publicly insult someone like that. There is some expectation of privacy when someone buys something through a private store, it's common decency to respect that privacy and exercise some discretion. Given Lady Grey's client base of the rich and famous, they may think twice before buying something?

Giving it another thought, what the store owners did is in direct violation of their privacy statement on their website. Shameful, but certainly in keeping with the moral reference set by their preferred presidential candidate, who also showed blatant disregard for her duty to secrecy and adherence to legal policy.

PP who posted that. I agree with you that it was bad form for the store to do that. I could understand if she purchased something that went directly against her stated politics, but there was no reason to target her in this case.
