Occam's Razor says she had braces and retainers for years. She got big huge piano key weirdo veneers all of the same size and didn't think much about her bite. Now teeth are shifting and she hasn't worn her retainer.

Not me, but I have multiple friends around Ivanka's age who are going through Invisalign because they didn't keep up with the retainers despite 20k+ in orthodontia. It's a thing.

This is the best professional look I’ve seen on her. At home for Hanukkah.

It's true that this is her best look. Also true that she looks like a flight attendant. It's the blouse. A solid blouse or printed shell would not give that vibe.

I'm in my mid-50s and never had braces (my teeth were really well aligned and straight, my brothers' not so much). My teeth have started to shift in the last few years and I've now got a slight gap between my front teeth. The dentist says it's common.

Meh, I’ve been on this thread since the beginning, and have to say that some people have beaten a dead horse with jokes that were funny the first 25 times, but got stale. “Kidneys” is pretty played out, as is the desperate effort to fit all of Ivanka’s outfits into the pageant toddler etc. framework. “Vanky” is just the latest. It was cute at first, but now is just yawn.

I’m sure. But her teeth have shifted massively in a matter of weeks. That really suggests covid mouth vs age related teeth migration, which as you point out takes place over a period of years. She had teeth like Matt Dillon in There’s Something About Mary, and now she’s got actual spaces between her teeth.
