He made the decision to pay the mafia bribe to the Trumps, cut thousand of Amazon jobs, cut Washington Post jobs, etc. Jazzy has been the CEO and President of Amazon Corporation since July 2021. Bezos sits on the BOD, but so does Jazzy and others.

Bezos remains by far the single largest shareholder in Amazon. Corporations have done backflips to appease 2% shareholders. 11% shareholders get extra special treatment.
