Sorry for upsetting you MO

Is that the DEI coach now leading his daughter’s team when he’s never ‘coached’ girls? lol

I don't understand the joke or the statement
have you met him or watched how he runs a team? No other club would tolerate the BS the man emits. Yet hes the tech director and coaching his daughter and her friends.

You talking about the same guy who coached his team to the ECNL National Championship game? How many other coaches in the area can even say they made it past the round of 16. I'd take my chances with him
the 2008s had nothing to do with him. I could have taken anyone off the street and that team would have won. Unfortunately he was unable to actually win the championship. Which i could of done with that talent

That hypothetical world of yours is a cozy and comfortable one to live in ain't it 🤣
theres a difference between someone who administrates vs coaches. He is not a developer of players. He administrates which is why the boys side is mediocre. Hopefully he wont do it to girls side.

Cross that bridge when we come to it. Not going to use dealing with 16 year old boys as a litmus test for dealing with 12 year old girls.

How is it okay for a 10-year-old to be playing in U14? Has anyone questioned how unprofessional this is? This feels like pure politics — something everyone involved with NVA/LS is just expected to accept.
I’m not BS , You all can go see it for yourself on the NVA 2012 roster listed on the ECNL Girls Playoffs website.

Have you seen this girl play or you just running your mouth again. I have and she is an exceptional player and deserves whatever competition challenges she can get. Why be a hater all the time, give it a rest.

I’ve seen this girl play before. She was definitely ahead of her peers when she was younger, but that doesn’t mean she’ll stay ahead forever. Now she’s playing with girls who are 2–3 grades above her, and she’s getting bounced around all over the place. I have no doubt she’s an excellent player for her age, but she’s definitely not better than the other girls on her current U-13 or U-14 team. Honestly, I’m sure a couple of players from the B team could easily outperform her—they’re just not “nepo” enough to get the opportunity to play up 2–3 age groups.

DEI hire doing DEI actions - who’s the brave to request a BIPOC minor to be removed from a predominantly non-melanated squad? Best of luck

You two - wow. Really starting to show your true colors.

Looks like the LS admins are back from vacation.

Hahaha, yep, i guess they dont like the reality of the nepotism that runs rampant there. Isnt also interesting that only one NVA team was at the ECNL playoffs. That team has been on a death spiral since the DB FVU debacle so not a surprise they didnt do well. Too bad for the kids. Adults and politics are taking away from them.

Ok I want to know. What exactly went down with DB and NVA? I know he left midseason and went to FVU. But what led up to all of that?

bro didn’t sign up to coach GA team. Bro was getting joy sticked from top down not even able to select his own USYS ID callups, Bro was dealing with annoying parents crying over their kids, personal family things, annoying coaches and staff trying to placate crying parents. Bro got out bro’d in the beginning of the season and lost his cool. Parents cried about that… but overlooked when RP got out bro’d and lost his cool previous season on a ref …. On film.

Parents want to blame the season on him but really need to look in the mirror and at PL and the rest of the org. He dipped out before the blame game could commence lmao and the GA news could drop. Makes him big brained….

Bro has moooooved onto greener pastures (maybe) and has his worked cut out for him.

Now lets get back to the field that wasn’t delivered and nepo talk. Love that NVa is deleting posts. That means u hit the truth button. Keep digging folks…. Keep digging.

Also… How about those final ecnl showings this week? How did they turn out? How did the RL teams perform as well?

stick a fork in it… honestly if they didn’t blow up it would have imploded as parents lost it on eachother. Cant make everyone happy. Entitlement at Loudoun/NVA was overflowing

We’ve been at Loudoun since U littles and there’s been a noticeable shift of focus towards ECNL/NVA in recent years. That seems to be the root cause of many problems.

And for anyone asking have I even seen the nepo players before? yes, I have. I’ve watched she play for a couple of years now, over many matches.
