I think it was already too late by that point. The “crunchy,” alternative, vaccine skeptic, supplements for everything, unusual fad diets will cure every illness (not diet used in the sense of calorie restriction/going on a diet, more in the general sense of “what you eat”) etc. segment of society has already moved too far right. Or too far left and no longer even votes for Democrats. She wouldn’t have picked up too many voters even if she had brought Kennedy on board. They were all for Trump instead. The Covid response and vaccine had a lot to do with accelerating this trend.

You do have to ask yourself, “should 50% of people be on Ozempic?” You don’t have to cure illness if you can prevent it. It’s not ok to eat properly, but it’s ok to take 4 medications….

Not so sure about Kennedy. Some of his claims are crazy but he makes many good points about the type of food eaten by people who can't afford Whole Foods. His nomination hearing will occur after millions of Americans over indulge even more with food and drink during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Comes the New Year and many Americans make their annual vows to lose weight. They may be more attuned to his about the effects of so much processed food and their overall health.
