She's saying it's about consistency. It's not about playing football per se, it's about wanting to continue playing despite saying he would quit before. It's about playing instead of being with your kids and your spouse.

As someone with cross cultural parents and dads American and mom is Portuguese, culture clash raising kids is real. Not to mention English is not her native tongue.

THEY clearly had a plan. He would retire, finally be around consistently, etc. Then he unilaterally makes a decision to change that without talking with her. When you're one of the best at what you do, I imagine it's hard to step away from that. I imagine Giselle doesn't put him on quite so tall a pedestal.

She's done with his empty promises and not putting his family first. I do not blame her one bit.
