This anti-cop attitude is now showing up on the grounds of America's most respected military academy:

| Give it a rest. That photo has already been debated. |
| This story is two months old. It's already been resolved. The girls have graduated and hopefully learned a lesson about social media. |
Thanks for your polite response, but I didn't see that debate so perhaps others haven't, either. |
This was a nicer response. I'm glad those girls learned a lesson. |
|
Hey Op, you know that black lives matter is NOT anti-police, right?
I support the majority of police who are out there doing the right thing as well as the black lives matter movement that wants to fix the minority of cops who are NOT doing the right thing. |

First of all, the raised fist is a symbol of Black Power, not BLM.
Second of all, West Point cleared the cadets of any wrongdoing, and found that they had broken no rules. Third, and probably most importantly, the "Old Corps" photo is a West Point tradition. Cadets gather in small groups (men from Kentucky, women from the Midwest, whatever) and take photos. This happened to be a group of Black women. Here's an article if OP would like to educate herself. http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/05/10/477567997/west-point-clears-black-cadets-who-raised-fists-in-pre-graduation-photo |
"Those girls" are US Army second lieutenants, and full-grown women. There were also completely exonerated. Show some respect. |
I hesitated saying "girls" but since the person defending them used that word, I followed her lead. But I notice you didn't criticize her for the setting that the tone. |
This is too complex for op and millions of others. |
Proves how liberals will criticize people who disagree with them and overlook the same behavior from others. |
I'm PP who pointed out these are women. You can take that criticism for both PPs who called these soldiers "girls." However, I love how PP totally refused to take any responsibility for her own actions. Instead of apologizing, she cried "It's not fair." This isn't preschool. Own up to your own words, and let other folks worry about theirs. |
Not too complex. I just disagree. Your "tolerant" liberal attitude is showing. |
Yes, you're right. I should not have followed the disrespectful attitude of the earlier poster - nor respond to your childish put-downs about pre-school. You're proving my point. |
This isn't about tolerance. This is about calling you out when you're incorrect. |
