I don't think that is it. I think it's your body language. When you go out, give the perception you are open to advances. Sit at the bar with a a couple open seats. At Starbucks at the long counter. Smile at men, they will approach. |

You appear unapproachable, probably due to a combination of body language and uninviting facial expressions.
When you are in settings where you are open to being approached (e.g., a party, a bar, etc.), have open body language, be engaging, make eye contract, smile, and laugh. Don't cross your arms, don't hide in a large group of women, don't be frowning, and don't come across as standoff'ish. Don't worry, tons of men in the DC/Nova area love Latina women. |

It is not because your are Latin.
It is most likely because you appear unapproachable. E.g. not smiling, body turned away, closed body position, avoid eye contact. A secondary reason could be if you're wearing clothes with relatively little form. Whether your makeup and hair is done up is not going to matter if you look like Eva Longoria. |
