5 dates and no sex:(

I've had 5 dates with a man over the course of a month. We seem to be hitting it off but no sex yet. He isn't a virgin or new to dating. I have gone back to his place twice but he hasn't made a move. We have kissed, cuddled, and groped but that is the extent of things. On our last date we got caught in the rain. I was in only his shirt because I was wet but he made no move. I slept in his bed and we didn't do anything besides kiss. I drunkenly sent him a text tonight about when is he going to f*ck me but he didn't respond. We aren't in HS and this is getting old. I can't tell if he's maybe gay or not interested. I would hardly think he would've had me in his bed if there wasn't attraction on his part.

OP here. We went drunk but we both had two glasses of wine. I did hear back from him. He called and told me he was taking it slow because he's really into me. He didn't want to mess things up by making a move and me thinking he just wanted sex. He thought it was hot that I texted him so bluntly. Now he knows he has the green light to make a move!

I am a woman who waits awhile myself, but generally men who ARE willing to wait awhile without pushing it are turned off by that kind of language. It's great once you're actually having sex, less so when asking a man who has actually been trying to be respectful to you why he hasn't made a move yet.

Are you sure he does not have a gf or wife? I am single and have had similar dating situations. It seems some guys think kissing and groping are not cheating.

Give him another chance. But I will say the one guy I dated, who took it slow like this, had ZERO sex drive. We were together four years and didn't have sex once that last year...... Just be cautious.

I think the people criticizing the OP are prude. That said, I don't see anything wrong with 5 dates no sex even though I prefer my men a little rough around the edges and couldn't imagine sleeping in any man's bed unless we were having sex.
