She has great comic timing -- Devil Wears Prada -- and can create a compelling character even in a so-so movie -- The Five-Year Engagement, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. And she's pretty, though perhaps not drop-dead gorgeous -- but that's not necessary since she actually can act.
