I think I stink

Not sure.
I can smell myself from time to time but feel that is normal?
Not really BO just..off. I think from body and "down there".

How do I figure this out and how do I solve the problem?

I mean this kindly but I think if you can smell something off then others probably can as well.

Are you bathing daily?

Shave or trim quite close down there - it solves odor problems.
As for armpits - can't help you. I have a very sensitive sense of smell, am the general smell tracker of my neighborhood (useful for gas leaks!), and I can smell it immediately when I start to sweat, despite shaving, deodorant, etc. My husband SWEARS he can't smell anything, but then his nose is a rock.

Yes. I shower everyday
I use regular Dove deodorant. I wonder if I need to mix it up. Something stronger?
Will trim more frequently down there. Thanks for the tip. It isn't 70s porn crazy but could maybe use some help

I've had issues with smell "down there" in the past. A tip I read here on DCUM is to use a deodorant on your inner thighs and also a little in the labial (vulvar? Sorry not up on my anatomical terms exactly) area. I know it sounds weird, and I resisted doing it for a while, but I eventually tried it and it really works! I use it now daily much like for my arm pits (different deodorant sticks).

Make sure you don't have bacterial vaginitis. It causes an odor. Ask your OB to culture you.

Oh, please don't! If anything try using coconut base lotion or just the coconut oil, it will work. Some deodorant can cause cancer.

Seriously DO NOT PUT DEODORANT ANYWHERE BUT YOUR ARMPITS.

+1. I've started using coconut oil in the vaginal area after someone posted about it on here. It helps with odor.

I have b.o. sometimes when I first wake up. This is even after a shower before bed and a swipe of deodorant. Sniffing now with shower in a.m. and yeah, b.o. I'm off to shower soon.

All new, body chemistry-wise. I'm 45 and perimenopausal.

My advice: you might need to shower in a.m. and p.m. Look into stronger deodorant. I use Dial roll on with green label.

Also, shave! Underarms and pubic area shaved daily. On pubic area, just shave "sides" daily. I don't wax down there, just trim and shave...

Change your bed sheets once a week. Wash in hot water. Change pillowcases every two days.

You may need to take deodorant with you to freshen up midday.

I use deodorant on the outside of my underwear. Like not the side touching my skin. And yes, I use a different stick for my arm pits to avoid cross contamination.

I use deodorant on my feet in the summer.

As for shaving your pubic hair, the hair is their to keep bacteria from getting in. The only reason to shave is because it was seen in porn movies. No other reason.

Change your underwear frequently during the day and wear thin panty liners. Your vagina should not smell if you are clean and not sick or on certain medications. That will give you a medicine smell.

coconut oil down there.

Watch the sugar in your diet. Cut back on the simple carbs.

Wear a panty liner and change every few hours.
