I think I stink

As for shaving your pubic hair, the hair is their to keep bacteria from getting in
. The only reason to shave is because it was seen in porn movies. No other reason.

Change your underwear frequently during the day and wear thin panty liners. Your vagina should not smell if you are clean and not sick or on certain medications. That will give you a medicine smell.

Huh?

I had this problem during several perimenopausal years. I used a product called RePHresh that is a vaginal gel that balances your pH. It definitely helped.

Forgot to say, I got it at CVS/Rite Aid in the feminine section near Monistat and those type of things.

Definitely trim and wash with a cleanser like cetaphil (the one that doesn't foam, I think it's called gentle cleanser)

RePHresh also makes a probiotic that's supposed to do the same if OP would rather take a pill. Supposed to be helpful for ladies with stubborn BV.

motherdirt.com

We evolved to have a skin biome and some of the bacteria on there break down sweat. We wash them off and kill them with regular soaps etc. MotherDirt's AO+mist is a bacteria spray that puts all the good stuff back.

As an aside, it cleared up one DD's acne, and the other DD's eczema.

You are all so awesome. Thanks for the advice!!

I use cetaphil on my pits and crotch. It's a nice refresher for the skin and kills the bacteria that can linger. It's also gentle, which is nice on skin that's frequently shaved.

NP. I don't have the fishy BV smell. I get the sweaty smell on hot days, like after a workout. Would coconut oil help with that?

Sorry not up on my anatomical terms exactly) area. I know it sounds weird, and I resisted doing it for a while, but I eventually tried it and it really works! I use it now daily much like for my arm pits (different deodorant sticks).

I use deodorant there too. It's made a huge difference for me.

Don't do this.

Talcum powder and ovarian cancer: is this really worth it?

Dumb question, but do you mean in the shower or w/o rinsing?

I use regular Dove deodorant. I wonder if I need to mix it up. Something stronger?
Will trim more frequently down there. Thanks for the tip. It isn't 70s porn crazy but could maybe use some help

Dove deodorant didn't work for me at all. I like Secret antiperspirant.
