| What did your toddler eat for breakfast today? (Not what did you aspire to-what did they actually eat?) |
| Most of a banana, some scrambled egg, some of a cheese stick and some Cheerios. |
| Yogurt with granola, half a banana, water |
| Blueberries, milk and half a muffin |
| Instand oatmeal, yogurt, berries. |
Oh! And a cheese stick that was requested after eating the above. How she only weighs 20 lbs is beyond me. |
| egg, vegetarian hot dogs and strawberries. He eats more than me and I am not small! |
| Milk, a bowl of cranberry and almond cereal and a banana. |
| A sip of one of those stoneyfield gogurts, puffs, a cheese stick, a small piece of buttered bread that he took while I was making eggs in a basket, and some strawberries. |
| Instant oatmeal (with cinnamon and flaxseed thrown in), half a banana, some fruit. This is about an hour after a sippy of milk. |
Really? That's not much food (unless she eats a lot more later in the day). My 2.5 year old is in a hungry phase. He ate the following: 5 oz milk, 1 scrambled egg plus a few pieces of my egg, 3 vegetable/fruit pouches, 1 piece of toast with a bit of almond butter. He tends to eat a ton at breakfast and lunch and skimp on dinner. |

1/3 of a bowl of oatmeal, about 6 ounces worth of a smoothie made w puréed fruits and whole milk yogurt, a couple small bites of a piece of buttered toast, a couple small bites of banana, and a small handful (toddlers fist size) of Cheerios. Also drank about 5 ounces of whole milk
We are constantly trying to get him to eat more but this breakfast was a good amount for him. He's 18 months and in the 50th percentile for weight. |
That's really not that much...? |
Really? Seems pretty big to me when she gets 2 other and 2 snacks. She eats way more than I do! For the rest of the day she had: Snack - sliced strawberries, greek yogurt Lunch - PB sandwich on wheat, cherries, milk Snack - 2 slices of turkey, fish crackers, sliced cucumbers and Cheerios Dinner - flank steak, asparagus, rice, milk |
| Just a glass of orange juice. He doesn't want to eat breakfast. He's fallen off the growth chart but the pediatrician assures us that everything is fine. |
