Even Regis said they treated her badly.
She has been working since she was 4 years old. She is in a position to demand to be treated respectfully in the workforce. She does not need to work. She will land on her feet. |

| I only get bits and pieces of news about what has been going on and don't watch the show, so might not have the full pictures. But I applaud her as a woman for voicing her disappointments and demanding respect in the workplace. Wonder why when women speak up they are called ungrateful, whiny, throwing a hissy fit... Should women just be appreciative of having any job and thus shut up about any inequalities? |

I'm not a Kelly Ripa fan, and couldn't even bother to read this article the whole way through, but seems like she has been treated disrespectfully. Anyway, the stakes are pretty low for Kelly. For one she has been offered higher profile gigs but she kept this one because of the easy schedule. And 2 she has gazillions of dollars. |

| I am team Kelly. I would bet that the majority of the show's current popularity can be attributed to her (bc she is delightful!) and I think she is right to demand more respect. If they fire her, she has plenty of other options. |

I didn't know the thing about her and Regis. They seemed to get along on TV and in the commercials but guess that's all in front of the camera. |

Basically, she was told about his departure about 15 minutes before they were going on air and it had been in the works for awhile. |
