When Joe Biden was asked in August 2020 whether he had taken a cognitive test, the 77-year-old presidential candidate interrupted a reporter and snapped, “Why the hell would I take a test?”

Since winning the White House, Biden has continued to dismiss the need for a cognitive exam, and aides have said he has never taken one as president — not in three annual physical exams, and not in the week since a halting debate performance raised more urgent questions about the now-81-year-old’s mental acuity.

Unlike some doctors to the president, Biden’s doctor has never gone behind the WH podium and answered questions from the press about Biden’s health.

I recall Democrats SCREAMING for Trump to get a check-up. He did. And passed with flying colors.

Now Democrats are covering up what appears to be Joe’s Parkinson’s condition. Americans deserve the truth.

I think we should demand cognitive tests by their party moving forward of any nominee over a certain age.

Why not just make it required for all presidents regardless of age? Then we don’t need to argue about which age is appropriate. It’s not like it’s invasive or expensive. And we’re talking about the leader of the free world, it’s really the minimum that we should expect!

I vote for Biden remaining in office as President. I don't think anonymous posters on this forum should be making wishful medical or armchair diagnosis. For what it's worth, both my father & father in law have Parkinsons (my FIL in advanced stage) and I don't see any similarities with Biden. I do think he looked tired and unwell on debate day but much better since.

I think Trump being a convicted felon and a pathological liar without empathy is a non-starter.

The latest supreme court ruling was chilling about whether Trump could be punished for his crimes. Let's not put him in office again. He is amoral or immoral.

As for Biden, I hope he wins. Jobs and economy are rebounding and he's done many sensible things. Also, I have faith in his cabinet & VP.

This is the only thing that needs to be said. Trump can not be allowed to be near the Oval Office and is far more dangerous than Biden at 50% capacity.
