Workplace predator just like Matt Lauer. Preying on coworkers and married women like a thirsty buffoon.

You can’t prey on willing co-workers. You don’t even know if he’s the one that pursued her or other women. Look, I’m not excusing his horrible behavior but let’s stop acting like Amy is a victim of a predator. Full stop.

Sweetie, when you try to screw every woman at your job it’s called sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment. He’s a creepy unethical messy liability. This is a married 45 year old man with a serious career at a publicly traded company. Quit making excuses for him as if he’s some 20 year old kid working at a college bar.

Honey, you’re the idiot making excuses for women. They’re grown ups. Both of them. She is a 50 year old serial cheater herself. She is NOT a victim. Just stop.

This...some of y'all acting like women don't like to cheat and have sex too. These are full grown women. And this dude is no where near the stature of Matt L.

No, this guy is an immature sociopath who thinks workplace sexual harassment policies don’t apply to him. And really, he’s bedding homely looking producers and menopausal co hosts, so who is impressed by this? Dream big, pal.

Immediately-like Matt Lauer. You must be kidding.

Notice Matt is still unemployed. Yes, in this new me too era, fired immediately and unemployable. Just as Fox fired O'Reilly, Ailes, and Bolling.

All the people you named walked away with 25 million plus severance packages. Wiles a helluva lot more. They don’t need regular employment to lucecsnd maintain their lifestyle. Well ailes died, but the sentiment remains

Now he’s still the same insecure dorky goof inside, he just acts distinguished on TV and now he has the power to prey. This is super insecure behavior; lacking impulse control and thinking workplace harassment policies don’t apply to you. Notice how they both dress far younger than their age too, another thing that teases out these are stunted people. If this guy has teen or college aged daughters, he’d be trying to sleep with their friends. He’s sick.

Presumably they make millions of dollars in this gig? Fire them both. They are unprofessional liabilities. And now that ABC knows he’s a creep on record, if they keep them around, the next women he preys on at work are going to successfully sue for 8 figures.

? No evidence he’s a creep. Two consenting adults who appear to be very happy together. This is not news.

He targeted at least 2 married women in the workplace. Others will come forward.

Was not the producer and Amy senior to him? You do know that women bosses also target their juniors and subordinates in the workplace. I don’t even think it’s harassment on anyone’s part, but more opportunity. That’s where he spends most of his time outside the home. Office romances are not unusual btw

It’s so obvious this self-obsessed thirsty dork is googling himself and responding to this thread. Go check yourself into sex addict rehab, frat boy.

Are you arguing because he is poorer than some disgraced counterparts he should be allowed to continue sexually harassing female colleagues and making the workplace toxic? Do you not see had he had a longer career, more millions, and more fame he’d be far worse? Guy is a monster who thinks no rules or boundaries apply to him. Giving a creep like that more time, money and fame would make him a ten times worse.

You're including Amy in this rant, right?

What's the female version of a creep? That's what Amy is...why are acting like Amy could not have chased after him?

Amy is in the wrong as well, but it sounds like Amy was actually separated from her spouse. TJ was clearly not. And TJ allegedly had flings with numerous other ABC employees, so he's far messier. TJ's brief tenure at ABC sounds like a man with no self-control, respect for boundaries, or concern in creating a hostile workplace. His little fame and power went to his head. A male bimbo like him is a dime a dozen and easily replaceable. As they say, eff around and find out.

I believe this thread will be as influential as many legendary DCUM threads. Their arrogant, entitled behavior is triggering to just look the other way. Their hurricane bands affect many: children, spouses, friends, coworkers, colleagues, viewers and more; the storm is far from over.

Hahaha! Good luck with that one. Sounds like a genius airtight defense and totally not something a dunce state schooler came up with. Didn't Matt already try similar, claiming women came onto him to try to benefit their broadcast careers.

Please pick an insult. Is he a bimbo or a predator? And what exactly does that make Amy? She’s grosser for screwing over at least two women who trusted her. Or was she so intoxicated by his”ability to finish” (her words) that common sense escaped her? Seems she has a penchant for sloppy seconds and thirds and fourths. They deserve one another. I just hope all of the kids involved aren’t scarred by their incredible selfishness.

Ugh please say that what you said were her words were not actually her words. Saying that publicly, where the respective spouses and kids can see that, is beyond the pale.

There’s a viral video of them being interviewed for the marathon and she says they’re both finishers, it’s said in the context of the race but the interview is now being seen in a different light.
