I told this chick to come over last night and she said yea and asked for my address. So an hour passed and nothing so I sent her text asking, "you still heading over?" and then she says no because she doesn't think it's a good idea. Uh okay? I get a text from her the next day saying sorry she couldn't drive (she had been drinking). Here's the thing. I've dropped this girl off a her apartment for the first time 2 weeks ago and she lives fairly close to me. I feel like she could've taken a lyft or uber if she wanted to. Matter of fact I texted her saying, "yea because you know how expensive lyft is"

So is she playing games or what?

Well, you're too immature to actually care what any woman thinks of you, so why are you so bent out of shape that she didn't want to come over? It's just a booty call, right?

For the record, no one can toy with you unless you allow it. If someone isn't interested in you - or isn't showing interest - you should disengage, not worry. And definitely do not "invite" her again.

Well since she had been drinking already, all common sense & logic falls out the window.

That could explain why she never texted you to tell you she was too drunk to drive over.

Since you live so close, why couldn't you have driven her over to your house instead, thus she wouldn't have to pay a ride-share to do so?

How about you plan a date? Pick her up at her place, take her out to dinner, take her back to her place or invite her back to yours. Then either invite her to spend the night, and if she doesn't want to, take her home or at least order her a lyft or call her a cab.
