OP- I think you are the one toying with someone. You have had sex before but that doesn't mean she is like HBO On Demand and shows up anytime you holler. You have little to no respect for this woman or you wouldn't have "told" her to come over to your place for booty call. Go find a woman who you can respect and will demand it out of you. If you "tell" a woman to come over for some and she doesn't check you on the spot she ain't the one.

She said yes initially, her friends probably pointed out it was a booty call and not to go. I assume if she was drinking she wasn't drinking alone. She said yes sure, but she changed her mind.
