It's mine. I originally posted it to vent and get some advice which I did. Unfortunately, it's devolved into 1 or 2 posters attacking me and other posters for considering therapy and all other kinds of accusations.

I don't mind the posters sharing a different view point, it's just the nastiness of the posters their tone is pretty close to shaming or bullying those who disagree with their approach.

I'm done replying, but maybe someone can still find some useful information so maybe locking would be better than deleting. I don't know. Thank you for whatever you decide.
