He has been in the private sector and hasn't made many political statements on this or other issues. I am quite sure he opposes drunk driving

Please stop Raskin (or whatever) supporter. Alcohol is legal to sell and is in fact sold by the Montgomery County Government. Where is your outrage towards Ike Legget and the rest. This issue is much like cell phones that people use to text while driving and cause deaths as well.
