| What a waste of time. So tired of these constant indictments, lawsuits and threats to others. Despicable as well as just freaking tiresome. |
This is both funny and tragic. |
I’m not disputing their is an lsat difference but the person I was responding to was implying that the lower tier schools were the root cause of this and that’s offensive and elitist, as is your implication that it’s somehow rare to have a really bright person coming from a lower ranked school. Let’s also not pretend that it’s unusual for people from an elite institution to be a) dumb@sses their because of their connections and wealth and/or b) morally bankrupt lickspittles. Many of us know and work with many people like this (or read the newspaper.) |

Kelsey Halligan,
Halsey Callahan, Whatevah. She's not the sharpest toolshed in the box. She's notta smart cookie, ok? She's notta smart cookie. So we'll have to see what happens. |
Also a waste of money and a massive lost opportunity cost. Think of everything that DOJ is not getting done. |
Um, it's Waste, Fraud, and Abuse. In fact, they hit the trifecta. |
| So if Trump thinks he should get paid by DOJ for investigations against him, and GOP senators think they should get paid for Jack Smith getting their phone call logs, how much should Comey get? |
In fairness, the Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, used all those resources to convict Trump of 34 felonies for writing a check to a porn star. I'm pretty sure the Manhattan District Attorney's Office had far more pressing cases. Instead, they used all those resources for a very minor conviction and ended up delivering the presidency to Trump as a consequence. The political rot in our judicial system is all encompassing. |
But you actually have no idea. And. That’s a false equivalence. The business of the city of New York, while consequential, is nothing compared to the business of the United States. |
You also ignored the part of actually securing a conviction... not a vindictive prosecution based on "trumped" up claims
