Why does mddc insist on boasting about an 8th grade teams ranking? Does it even matter? Idk I don’t think any colleges care about rankings for 8th graders.

The PP stated the schedule was weak. The rankings appear to refute that statement.

Colleges don't care however the entire conversation on this forum is about 8th grade girls potentially being recruited 3 years from now.

FACTS

Who cares, NL is not elite. They played a horrible schedule in the fall and winter, only reason they are in top 15. BLC is better but in exact same bucket. CM, Heros, and M&D are better at every single position.

Sure. They got 3 wins by wide margins and 2 ties against teams mostly 10-15 (and #20). They're # 9 now as a result. Only bad loss was to BLC, who's #25. And lost to an otherwise 1-7 #35 ranked team.

DC also played other top teams, they just didn't give up double digits and score 2 every time out like BLC mostly did. They're not the same. Good luck this spring.

Other top teams??? You guys played 3 good teams: smashed by m&d, smashed by eagle stix, and beat integrity after they ran out of gas after beating heros. Like the other poster said, weak schedule, only reason you’re in top 15.

This is not true. The former Pride girls played for the DC/VA team last year. There are NL girls that played for the MD team or didn’t play last year that came to the DC/VA try outs this year.
