I think he rightfully assumed at 50+, she matured and was no longer caring about attention or being on the scene or pap strolls with public PDA as much. He thought wrong. She is a case of arrested development and doesn’t have any substance .

He doesn't get a pass based on assumptions. We all saw how she operated in her very public relationship with ARod. Ben saw JL from the point when she ended things with ARod right into their renewed dating life and into the engagement. He knew who she was before they said I do.

If he really loved her he can give her the summer. Show up at three shows, first, middle, last. After all these years of pining for each other it’s not much to ask. I’m sure he can find a project to justifying why they are not always together.

It’s each for a man over 50 to stay relevant. Not the same for a woman. Has to keep the body slender, I.e., always dieting, always working out. She’s also Hispanic which makes it even more difficult. I believe they discussed this prior to marriage. He knew what was expected of him.

We don't need to care about her narcissism or lack of it. She is an average singer and actress but built a huge celebrity brand for which she, her style team and her PR team get credit for. We aren't privy to what really happens in her private life so hard to judge that. What we do need to do is not to treat choreographed bits of persona or life of these celebrities as role model or inspiration. No sane and stable person in real life dances in onesies and throws fancy parties to celebrate union with a new soulmate every few years. Grasp your own reality.

Relevant has nothing to do with being hot. This is part of J Los problem: her vanity .
