The Parkland one looks v avant garde. The Pulse one looks v normal - I guess we're lucky she didn't have the "Florida: Where Woke Goes To Die" jacket yet or she might have worn that with the normal dress.

The Jax one is ridiculous. It's just so unserious. It looks like she's depressed but vain and decided to toss on a schmata but a sexy one. The 9.11 one isn't, like I said, the worst thing she's ever worn. It's also just not quite right.

No, not every DC woman needs to wear pants. But likewise Casey D doesn't need to always wear a dress that looks like it comes from the Dillard's Nap To Night collection.

This is her at Uvalde, there’s a slightly weird pearl belt but basically nothing to say “look at me” or too revealing.

Yeah - it fits, it's not some weird cut, it doesn't look like she's hoping to score a slightly richer husband while out at dinner with the old husband.

I was actually going to look for one because I wanted to prove it. AOC pretty much just wears suits. Elizabeth Warren has a sort of uniform. There’s got to be someone.

Kyrsten Sinema isn’t a Democrat any more but she definitely dresses…aggressively.

I am the PP - and she sure does. I feel like the problem with dissecting her clothes in the same way is that she's obviously dressing TO troll people - she knows her clothes are insane; she's not pretending they are anything other than what they are. Nazi-Adjacent Middle-Aged Cinderella D, by contrast, I think thinks she's really pulling off her weirdo wardrobe. Also the weirdness of it is more interesting than the weirdness of Sinema - it's subtly weird.

Yeah, she has some very, very weird outfit choices. That said, the difference here is that the women you've noted here are the politicians themselves. A more apt comparison would be their husbands dressing oddly.

Yeah I don't think we'd notice how weird her clothes are if she weren't so good looking. She is so pretty - if morally bankrupt - and her clothes are just enough off that you can't help but notice and try to parse out what it is that makes them so strange.

I'd pass on the cowboy boots if they were at least dress boots, instead of everyday boots. Even in Texas, where boots are dress clothes, these boots are too casual.

And that dress is too young for her. She looks 12.
