It won't. Dcum seems to think that Canadians are all polite, kind, bilingual liberals who welcome immigrants with open arms. And many are. But, Canada is a big country, a really big country. A fella from Alberta or Saskatchewan is a different breed to Torontonians and Vancouverites.

+1 Read the inflation thread. Middle class people are desperate because of inflated prices. These Canadian truck drivers are getting money somewhere. They are hardly "middle class".

The trucker tantrum protests are causing inflation to get even worse because they are disrupting the supply chain causing shortages and driving prices up.

Sorry but you don't get to celebrate the protests and complain about inflation in the same breath.
