HGC Letters?

| You DC's test scores, and the median scores of your Center, are included in the letter that either invites, waitlists, or declines your DC. |

Aren't MS and HS letters on a different announcement schedule (timing) than HGC? |

Yes but they got pushed back an extra week or so. Knowing how MCPS bureaucracy is I wouldn't be surprised if this caused a delay in the HGC letters. |

| Last year's letter was dated 3/13 and we had until April 1 or 2 to decide. |

Middle and high school letters were delayed because they were supposed to come out immediately after the blizzard, but since everything was close, it got pushed back one week. Unless we get another blizzard, I highly doubt the HGC letters will be late! |

| Well, I imagine that the HGCs can't run open houses during Spring Break. So, either the open houses will be in the March 21-23 timeframe or the decisions deadlines will be pushed back. |

| In years past, it's right before spring break that the letters come. Of course no open house during break! |
