California - yes, happy with the location.

Colorado - happy now, but not always because it's we became accidental investment property owners.

Accumulated first few as condos I lived in before decamping to the burbs. Georgetown. Glover Park, Van Ness. But the best performing assets are sfh rentals in PG. No turnover.

I have been considering buying an investment property in PG. Where did you buy? How much did you spend on a SFH? TIA!!!
