Condos in San Francisco, Oakland, Las Vegas, McLean Gardens, and Shaw.

Sold SF a few months back. A nightmare dealing with tenants and paying out thousands of dollars to get them to move out.
Oakland is gold mine but hasn't always been the case. Las Vegas doesn't appreciate much but make positive cash flow each month. McLean Gardens and Shaw are recently bought condos.

It was underwater when we received a job transfer. It's profitable now. I'm thinking about selling now that the market is up.

Always had a steady line of renters so decently happy with both locations
