Bday party with 23 kids and 14 adults.... |
I would order 10 large. |
Where are you ordering from? Most places will tell you how many pizzas by the amount of slices in their pizzas.
Ask for the kids' pizzas to be double slices so the slices are smaller. I'd say 5 for the adults, 4 for the kids? But it depends on where you are ordering from. Mama Lucias pizza are huge. Ledos are huge. Pizza Hut are not huge. |
I'd say 15 pizzas, broken down as follows: 1/2 a pizza per adult and 1/3 for each kid.
7 pizzas (for 14 adults) + 8 pizzas (for 23 kids) = 15 pizzas. |
Similar numbers and I got 8. I think I cut a few into 16ths, but I had 3 whole pizzas left over. Get 7 to be safe if you don't mind leftovers. |
What time of day is the party? In what setting? And where are you ordering from? |
I usually do half a pizza per adult, less for kids, |
1 slice kids 4& under, 2 slices anyone older. Round down. |
What time is the party and where is it? A party place or your house? Will there be other good? Adults will eat 1-2 slices max. Many won't eat any. No one is eating 1/2 a pizza at a kid's birthday party. |
Are you kidding? Don't be cheap. |
1-2 slices ? Faints... |
OP here- sorry for the lack of info.
Ordering from Potomac Pizza. Kids are in first grade mostly. Evening party. Providing salad and veggies, but mostly for the adults. Party at our house. |
I have been to and hosted many kids birthday parties, and it is rare that I've seen any adult eat more than 2 slices. Kids older than 5 or so may eat 2 slices. |
Half a pizza per adult? What?
2 slices per adult and kid 1st grade and older, 1 slice per younger kid. Round up. Have fun. |
My 3yo ate three slices for dinner last night, plus a meatball and broccoli. I'd get 10, but I love pizza and we will eat leftovers. |
