This list has been an important public service warning and I thank the person or people who have been updating it. By the same token, I condemn the conservatives who have assiduously avoided it and, in doing so, avoided any mention of the deep and abiding corruption in their party.

A federal judge ruled on Sunday that Ken Cuccinelli was not legally appointed to head USCIS, and that his directives were invalid.

Kushner is also trying to use the perk that keeps politicians from having to pay capital gains on investments they sell to prevent conflicts of interest, to avoid taxes on this massive gain that he sold THREE YEARS after he was supposed to sell it to avoid a conflict of interest. And said massive gain RESULTED FROM THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

Peter Lucido (R), the Majority Whip in the Michigan State Senate, loses Senate chairmanship for 'inappropriate workplace behavior' stemming from sexual harassment complaints from three women.

Senator Mike Shirkey's statement said Lucido "will be required to participate in additional training."

His spokeswoman says the majority leader has not specified what kind of training Lucido will have to undergo.

RELATED: Senator Mallory McMorrow said she was sexually harassed by Lucido during a daylong orientation session for new senators that included sexual harassment training.
